1. Where are your products made?

All of our accessories are handmade using quality materials. We create everything in small batches to ensure attention to detail and craftsmanship.

2. Do you offer customization or personalization?

Yes! Many of our products, such as book sleeves and makeup bags, can be personalized with names or initials. Custom options are noted on the product page.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

We handcraft all items to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production, plus shipping time:

Canada: 2–8 business days via Canada Post

USA: 5–10 business days

Other international: 7–21 business days

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for help.

5. Can I track my order?

Orders shipped via Canada Post Tracked Parcel include tracking. If you selected Lettermail, it’s more affordable but does not include tracking.

6. What materials do you use?

We primarily use 100% cotton, stretchy jersey, and plush padding to ensure our products are both comfortable and durable.

7. How do I care for my items?

Scrunchies/headbands: Hand wash with cold water and mild detergent, air dry

Book sleeves/makeup bags: Spot clean only

8. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
